Wednesday, 19.30-20.30: Gentle vinyasa flow yoga class

Gentle vinyasa flow yoga class

The sessions include active yoga movements to reduce tension, create strength and aid concentration. There is also a short restorative element at the end of class. This class is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Class elements will be adapted to individuals if/as needed.

The class runs on the following dates: 21.02., 28.02., 07.03., 14.03, 21.03., 28.03..

Costs: £54.00 for term of 6 sessions. Venue: Upper hall in main building of former YMCA, Westgate Street, Lewes BN7 1YR (map of venue).
