General yoga class

Do you suffer with stress? Do you feel stiff and/or need to increase muscular strength? If so, this class is perfect for you. Yoga classes are a fun way to practice yoga with like-minded individuals. And there are no prerequisites to practice yoga. All class elements will be adapted to individual needs if/as needed. You will find that with a regular yoga practice you will become more relaxed. Your body's fitness & resilience will be much improved and you will notice increased flexibility and strength.
